It is designed for living in concert with nature and is perfect for a group of friends or families traveling together. Casa Espavel is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and downtown.

Casa Espavel and 5 other villasshare the peaceful grounds, glorious pool, river access, and the property's bird's nestyoga/meditation space. We designed Casa Espavel to live in concert with nature. One side of the house opens to the jungle with four garage doors allowing you to watch the monkeys, birds and butterflies from any room. The house has great natural ventilation and powerful ceiling fans.

Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms. There is a dining table for eight on the patio, a table for four in the kitchen and all the amenities of home in the kitchen, including an induction stove top, large refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. On the patio is an additional four-burner gas stove and an oven.

There are comfortable chairs and hammocks for relaxing on the patio and balcony. The powder room is on the ground floor off of the living room. All three bedrooms have newly installedA/C, queen beds with amazing mattresses, comfortable pillows, reading lights, shelves. The first bedroom has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom also with a walk-in shower and double sinks. The third bedroom has a queen bed as well as two fun single loft beds for kids or playful adults. Both bathrooms have ample space for your toiletries. We have powerful ceiling fans throughout the house to keep you cool. There is a washer and dryer on the bedroom level of the house as well as a combination safe for your valuables.All the windows have window screens and security bars.

Villas Espavel is very secure as the property is hidden away down a long driveway. There are 4 parking spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. There is ample street parking outside of our gate if all the parking spots are filled.

You will see our General Manager, Johannah, our cleaning and maintenance team, and our gardener onsite most days in case you have questions as you settle in.
