Rio is a short walk from Samara’s beach, restaurants and nightlife. You’ll love Rio because of the second floor balcony, big porch and comfortable beds. Rio and five other villas share the beautiful pool.

The Villas Espavel property is nestled against the jungle and a seasonal river. With the and towering trees, you’ll relish the cool shade.

Rio is good for couples, families and small groups.

Rio sleeps up to six guests on three luxurious beds in two bedrooms. In the kitchen you’ll find a three-burner gas stove and all the kitchen implements you’ll need to prepare delicious meals. There is newly-installed A/C units andpowerful ceiling fans to keep you cool. Rio is pool front, with a big porch, custom wood furniture, a dining table and hammocks to sprawl out in.

Villas Espavel is very secure as the property is hidden away down a long driveway. There are four parking spots that are available on a first come, first served basis. There is ample street parking outside of our gate if all the parking spots are filled.

You will see our manager, Johanna, our cleaning and maintenance team, and our gardener onsite most days - in case you have questions as you settle in. We have a washer & dryer available on property if you need one during your stay.
